In Buddhist practice, we "take refuge" in the triple jewel: Buddha, Dharma, Sangha. In this 4-week series we will do a deep dive into what refuge means, and meditate with each of the three gems.

Four Ways to Love is a short online course in the brahmaviharas, the four prized emotions or mindstates that give us a framework to cultivate positive behaviors and minimize harmful ones. Through meditation and discussion, we will explore one type of love each week: kindness, compassion, joy, and balance.

This midday open group class explores F.M. Alexander's way of moving with more ease, alignment, balance, and freedom. A noontime break that will leave you feeling lighter, easier, and more grounded.
