Commit to Sit!

Make a commitment to meditate for 20 minutes every day from November 29 through December 18, with online guidance provided by Amy.

Designed for people who have doubts about their ability to meditate every day, this is an opportunity to give yourself 20 minutes a day over a few weeks to “test drive” the vehicle of awakening and ease.

It is also helpful for experienced meditators with an established practice, as a way to deepen and strengthen your mindful skills while practicing with others.

You will get:

  • 20 live guided sessions covering a range of approaches to meditation.

  • Recordings available same day if you cannot join live. Use the recording to sit at whatever time is best for you.

  • A daily email message with inspiration and encouragement.

  • An Open Forum group session for Q&A and discussion about how practice is going.

How might your holidays be different if you meditated every day from the Monday after Thanksgiving (the first day of Hannukah this year) until just before Christmas?
