Insight Meditation Group

A bi-weekly group is forming for people who practice Vipassana (Insight) meditation, or who want to learn Insight practice. This is a peer-led group with Amy serving as primary guide, at first. Sitting meditation, discussion about the dharma, community connection, and maybe some tea.
