Release. Embrace. Open.
New Year’s Eve is a good time to slow down and take stock. As the old year winds down and a new year begins, we benefit from setting aside our duties and plans in favor of a deeper connection to ourselves. This can bring a sharper clarity about where we’ve traveled so far and where our journey is taking us.
During this retreat we will
explore mindful movement with some simple Qigong moves;
investigate embodied awareness in walking and sitting;
practice mindfulness meditation;
experience periods of “noble silence” as well as speaking and listening together;
release the passing year;
set some intentions for the coming year.
And you’ll still have time to get to whatever plans you may have for celebrating that night!
Fee: This is freely offered on a donation basis. You are invited to make a donation of whatever size is meaningful for you when you register. A portion of total giving will be shared with Bucks Food for Friends, a homeless feeding program .
