Join current and former students of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR) for a day of silent meditation and mindful movement, including yoga and qigong.
We encourage participation for the full retreat, but if that’s not possible for you, the Half Day option ends at 1:00 pm.
This event is free of charge, although donations are gratefully accepted.
