Like most people, you may be experiencing life right now as difficult, challenging, or at least not exactly how you want it to be. The pandemic and other external forces are reshaping our day-to-day living. There are probably are some basic things you’d like to change, and now is the perfect time to learn a new way to deal with it all.

Get strategic!

Mindfulness is not something you have to work to produce or acquire; it is built right into you. You possess a deep internal resource of awareness that is available and ready to be reawakened, in support of your learning, growing, and healing.

Mindfulness training taps into that resource, giving us a way to access it and use it for our own healing and self-care.

Mindful Strategies for Living is a training unlike any you may have encountered before. It involves cultivating a different relationship between you and the things that challenge you, and builds on the tools and skills you already have. Specifically, mindfulness helps you develop the ability to be non-judgmental, compassionate, patient, present, and aware.

The schedule consists of six weekly 90 minutes classes and one daylong retreat, on Saturday, February 27..

You will engage in daily home practice using recorded audio guidance for the meditation and mindful movement learned in class each week.

You will get:

  • Guided instruction in a variety of meditation practices

  • Mindful movement (qigong)

  • Inquiry exercises to enhance awareness in everyday life

  • Evidence-based data on the science behind mindfulness

  • Individually tailored instruction and practice plans

  • Group dialogue

  • Audio and video recordings to keep

  • Priority access to Way Opens Wellness mindfulness retreats

You will need a laptop or desktop computer (no tablets or phones please) to fully participate. Recordings of each class will be available for up to 3 months after the course ends, and the audio guidance and all other course materials are yours to keep.

This online course is designed for small groups, so space is very limited.

Online payments may be made via PayPal, or send a check to Way Opens Wellness, 124 S. Bell Ave., Yardley, PA 19067. Your spot is not confirmed until payment has been received. Please review the refund policy below.

Refunds and cancellations: Should you need to cancel your registration, a full refund will be issued, less a $25 processing fee, prior to February 5, 2021. A 50% refund will be issued, less a $25 processing fee, for all cancellations after February 5, 2021. No refunds will be issued after the course has commenced on February 8, 2021 (exceptions may apply).
