NOTE: You can join this program already in progress. You will receive emails and links to recordings beginning with the day you sign up.

Make a commitment to meditate for 15 minutes every day from August 9 through 23, with online guidance provided by Amy.

Designed for people who have doubts about their ability to meditate every day, this is an opportunity to give yourself 15 minutes over a couple of weeks to “test drive” the vehicle of awakening and ease.

It is also helpful for experienced meditators with an established practice, as a way to deepen and strengthen your mindful skills while practicing with others.

You will get:

  • 15 live guided sessions covering a range of approaches to meditation.

  • Recordings available same day if you cannot join live at noon. Use the recording to sit at whatever time is best for you.

  • A daily email message with inspiration and encouragement.

  • An Open Forum group session for Q&A and discussion about how practice is going.
