Join somatic wellness practitioner Amy Ward Brimmer for an exploration of your body’s amazing ability to breathe well. By improving your understanding of how you breathe, you’ll discover the power you possess to cultivate balance, ease, and mental clarity.
We will:
explore healthy breathing and how to make it an ally in everyday life;
learn some simple yet powerful movements that harmonize and refresh;
discover unconscious patterns that can interfere with healthy breathing;
release stuck energy and tension through body-mind awareness;
practice a guided whole body breath meditation that unifies and restores.
This way of moving and breathing is simple, gentle, and enjoyable. It is useful for those with challenges like asthma, anxiety, chronic fatigue, ADHD, or persistent “foggy brain.” But you don’t have to have breathing problems to benefit. Everyone can use a more refined relationship with their body and breathing.
It’s so easy to get thrown off balance, overwhelmed, and stressed out. More than ever before, we all need to strengthen our skills of resilience and promote steady peace of mind and heart. It’s possible!
Open to everyone.
