It’s so easy to get thrown off balance, overwhelmed, and stressed out. More than ever before, we all need to strengthen our skills of resilience and promote a steady peace of mind and heart. It’s possible!
We will:
explore healthy breathing and how to make it an ally in everyday life;
practice some simple yet powerful Qigong moves that harmonize and refresh;
release stuck energy and tension through the power of mindful awareness;
end with a guided meditation that will leave you feeling more clear, open, and free .
This way of moving and breathing is simple, gentle, and enjoyable. It can even be done seated. No experience necessary, all are welcome.
