Breathing With Ease

You possess a power that gives you ease, resilience, emotional and mental clarity, postural alignment, and improved health and wellness. You are doing it right now. Or rather, it is “doing” you.

Breathing.

In this month’s webinar we’ll take a look at the anatomy and mechanics of breathing, rediscover the ways that the breath is constantly changing, and how every movement you make can be infused with breathing.

We’ll consider when to direct the breath under different conditions, and when to leave the breath alone. Through these explorations, we’ll begin to recognize some of the breathing habits that can cause unpleasant symptoms such as fatigue, muscle pain, and foggy brain.

You will learn:

  • what’s happening in your body as you breathe 

  • how to seize the moment, even when you’re very busy, to slow down and attend to your breathing

  • how your breath is an anchor and an ally

Most of what happens in life is out of your control. The way you breathe is one exception. You have some choice about whether or not to cooperate with this core power. You can learn to breathe with freedom and awareness, decrease the stress in your life, and boost your immune system.

It feels good to breathe well. Rediscover this amazing power within and increase your enjoyment of life.
