Join me for a free 10-day process of learning and practicing Constructive Rest.

What is Constructive Rest?

Live, guided 15-minute sessions to help you restore and rebalance your body and mind. Using simple directions of release based in the principles of the Alexander Technique, we’ll “have a bit of lie-down,” as we like to say.

This feels good, is fun and interesting, and can become something you build into your daily or weekly schedule — a gift to yourself.

Those who regularly practice this way of resting report increased resilience and more energy and ease in both body and mind.

Recordings will be sent to all participants - if you can’t practice live you can use the daily recording.
