Commit to Sit!
Make a commitment to meditate for 15 minutes every day from April 15 - 29 with live, online guidance each day.
Do you have doubts or struggle to meditate consistently? Give yourself 15 minutes a day for a couple of weeks -- “test drive” this vehicle of awakening and ease.
Are you an experienced meditator? Maybe your practice is a bit stale. 15 for 15 is a way to deepen and strengthen your mindful skills while practicing with others.

You will get:
15 live guided sessions covering a range of approaches to meditation.
Recordings available same day if you cannot join live. Use them to sit at whatever time is best for you. Recordings can be accessed until June 30.
A daily email message with inspiration and encouragement.
An Open Forum group session for Q&A and discussion about how practice is going for you.
Fee: This program is offered on a sliding scale, for as little as a dollar a day.
