15 Minutes for 15 Days


Commit to Sit!

Make a commitment to meditate for 15 minutes every day from April 15 - 29 with live, online guidance each day.

Do you have doubts or struggle to meditate consistently?  Give yourself 15 minutes a day for a couple of weeks -- “test drive” this vehicle of awakening and ease.

Are you an experienced meditator? Maybe your practice is a bit stale. 15 for 15 is a way to deepen and strengthen your mindful skills while practicing with others.

You will get:

  • 15 live guided sessions covering a range of approaches to meditation.

  • Recordings available same day if you cannot join live. Use them to sit at whatever time is best for you. Recordings can be accessed until June 30.

  • A daily email message with inspiration and encouragement.

  • An Open Forum group session for Q&A and discussion about how practice is going for you.

Fee: This program is offered on a sliding scale, for as little as a dollar a day.
