6 weeks - June 2 - July 14 (no class June 23)

This style of Qigong consists of 18 movement-pictures for your enjoyment and well-being. Learn more about Qigong here.

During this 6-week class we will practice the full sequence of 18 moves, and focus on refining 3 or 4 of them each week. We will also learn how to cultivate qi through exercises that warm up the body-mind in preparation for practicing the form.

Students will receive a recording of each class, to use for home practice and in case of missing a class.

Classes are open to everyone, at any fitness level. The form can be done seated

Fees & Registration:

PLEASE NOTE!!! - REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT ARE TWO SEPARATE ACTIONS.

Course fees are on a sliding scale basis, allowing participants to pay according to individual means. Please choose the rate that best represents your resources. Those who pay at the higher rate make it possible to subsidize those who have less.
