2021: The Year in Review

It’s been a fascinating year of growth and refreshed priorities at Way Opens Wellness. From freely offered Mindful Meetups online to Qigong, stress relief classes, mindfulness retreats, 15- and 20-day meditation challenges, and Alexander lessons and workshops, we have been steadily learning and healing together.
