Coming to our senses with our minds in motion.
Join Amy online for mindful practices and movement explorations that will energize and revive your body, heart, and mind.
Each 30-minute session is rooted in somatic awareness and may include:
· Alexander Technique for everyday movement
· Dynamic breathing process
· Experiential anatomy and good body mechanics
· Guided meditation for insight and compassion
· Qigong and yoga
· Gratitude, generosity, and joy
· Savoring life through our senses
· A combination of any or all of the above!
It’s a nice way to begin the week. The more often you attend, the more tools you’ll develop for meeting whatever life throws your way.
Can’t make it every Monday? No problem. Recordings will be sent to all participants.
This series is offered on a “pay-what-you-can” basis.
