Free Body, Clear Mind: Discovering the Alexander Technique

This webinar explores the Alexander Technique – an intelligent, innovative, and hugely healing way of learning to move with awareness.

You’ll discover more ease, alignment, balance, and freedom when you begin to recognize your movement habits and the patterns of tension that drive them. These automatic ways of using your body may be the underlying cause of chronic pain and stubborn discomfort that you might be experiencing.

At the very least, waking up to how you do the things you do will give you more choice when you do them.

Since the early 20th century, the Alexander approach has taught people how to bring more presence to their actions and make simple changes that heal and restore the body and the mind.

It teaches you how to bring more practical intelligence into what you are already doing, how to eliminate stereotyped responses, how to deal with habit and change.
