Join a free webinar on the power and value of authentic rest. Together, we will learn and practice Constructive Rest.

What is Constructive Rest?

Constructive Rest (aka Active Rest) helps you restore and rebalance your body and mind. Using simple directions of release based in the principles of the Alexander Technique, we’ll “have a bit of lie-down,” as we like to say.

Those who regularly practice this way of resting report increased resilience and more energy and ease in both body and mind. Resting authentically can help with:

  • insomnia

  • mental & physical stress

  • anxiety

  • breathing problems

This feels good, is fun and interesting, and can become something you build into your daily or weekly schedule — a gift to yourself.
