Join the WOW community for 10 days of live, 15-minute mindful explorations to boost your embodied awareness. This will include practices in:
· Meditation
· Visualization
· Simple movement
· Alignment & Balance
· Breathing process
· Kindness and Compassion
Each day from June 21 – 30 at 3:30 pm edt Amy will guide you in easy exercises to deepen and strengthen your awareness of body and mind, training you to become more fully present to all aspects of yourself.
These sessions are a short break in your day, designed to refresh and renew you. This will also teach you repeatable practices you can incorporate into your daily life.
Each session will be recorded and available for 90 days for all participants. You will also receive a coupon for 10% off Amy’s upcoming e-book, Bodyminding: Ways to Mindfully Inhabit Your Body [forthcoming in August 2023].
