Goodness Practice

Every other Monday at 5:30 pm US eastern

Join the WOW community for guided meditation practice focused on the goodness within ourselves and in our world. Meditations will include a range of practices such as loving-kindness (metta), compassion (karuna), gratitude, generosity, joy, and steady balance.

There will be time for sharing and questions following each guided session.

In these difficult and dangerous times, around the globe and especially here in the U.S., it’s easy to get caught up in fear, ill will, anxiety, and despair. Goodness practice is a proven antidote to these states, and regular practice keeps our hearts and minds open and strong. In this way, we can be resilient and ready to take wise action.
