A day of transformational programming that teaches you practical tools for experiencing lightness and ease in your mind and body. We’ll get some clarity about specific, authentic-to-you action steps that you can take to experience an abundance of ease in your work, leading to resilience and staying power when the going gets rough. We will integrate your learning through gentle movement and breath work, including yoga and Awareness Through Movement (Feldenkrais).
This workshop is for: Community leaders, educators, artists, organizers, activists, political campaigners, community benefit organizations, social entrepreneurs, and anyone else working to create a just and sustainable world.body — so you can make the impact that's important to you with ease & joy.
Amy will be participating and providing training support for this workshop. Clients and students of any Way Opens Wellness class or service who attend the workshop will receive an invitation to a special follow-up session for local changemakers.
